| 1. PAYMENT & USAGE |
| - All commissions are for personal use by default - If you intend to use the artwork or avatar commercially, please notify me in advance so we can discuss the terms - Commercial fees will be determined based on intended usage and must be agreed upon in advance I may share completed works in my portfolio or on social media. |
| - If you prefer the artwork or avatar to remain private or be posted at a later time, please notify me in advance - Personal-use content may not be used commercially without explicit permission AI usage is strictly prohibited: |
| - You may not use my works for training, promoting, or integrating with any AI-related tools or projects 2. PAYMENT OPTIONS |
| - A final price quote will be provided after we finalize your references and request details Please note that the price may be subject to additional charges if: - You request extra revisions beyond the included amount - You add new requests after confirmation - You upgrade the commission to a more complex type or format during the process For Illustration Commissions: - 50% payment is required before the sketch phase begins - The remaining 50% is due after the sketch is approved, before moving on to base color and final rendering - Work will only proceed to the next stage after payment is received For Custom Avatar Editing: - Full payment is required upfront before any work begins - Partial payments are not accepted for this service - The commission will be scheduled only after payment is confirmed 3. COMMERCIAL USAGE EXAMPLES |
| - Monetized content (YouTube, Twitch, other social platforms) - Merchandise, resale, prints, book/game assets - Thumbnails, covers, banners, etc. 4. CLIENT’S RESPONSIBILITY |
| - Please provide clear references or a complete design brief at the beginning of the commission For illustration: - Up to 2 free revisions during the sketch phase - Additional revisions may incur extra charges depending on complexity For avatar editing: - You must own the avatar legally or have proper rights to request edits - Required files: original avatar package (.unitypackage, .vrm, etc.), license proof (if applicable), and a detailed list of desired edits 5. ILLUSTRATION DETAILS |
| Resolution: 300 DPI (adjustable as needed) Canvas size: Up to 4000x4000 px (adjustable as needed) Deliverable: colored artwork (simple or detailed) with default white background I Will NOT Draw: - Anything outside my skill set or not aligned with my artistic standards - Fetishes, hate art, or discriminatory content - R-21+, full mecha, furry, or realism 6. CUSTOM AVATAR EDITING DETAILS |
| - Base models must be legally purchased/downloaded by the client - I do not create avatars from scratch. This is a modification-only service Edits I Can Do: - Texture edits (color, patterns, makeup, tattoos) - Hair/accessory swaps or edits - Outfit recolor/redesign - Simple expression toggles (FX layers) - Light Unity edits (toggle settings, emissions, shaders) I Will NOT Do: - Full custom models or new asset creation - Redistribution of edited avatars - Edits that violate the base model’s license Warranty & Support: - I offer free bug fixes and corrections for any technical issues found within 1 month of final delivery - This does not cover post-delivery change requests or upgrades outside the original scope 7. TURNAROUND TIME |
| - Turnaround ranges from 1 to 20 weeks, depending on complexity - The timeline starts after payment is received and does not include client feedback delays or revision wait time - You are welcome to ask for progress updates, but please do not rush or pressure me - I will always aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe 8. REFUND POLICY |
| - No refunds once the sketching phase or editing process has begun, unless I’m unable to complete the commission due to personal reasons - If canceled before any work has started, a partial refund may be issued depending on the situation 9. DELIVERY & CREDIT |
| - Final products will be delivered via email or direct message - I will only store final files for up to 1 month after delivery - Please download and back up your files promptly, as they may be deleted afterward - If you share the illustration publicly, please credit me by tagging my handle or linking to my social media |
